Custom Design & Coordination
Collaboration between the Owner and the Designer to establish a union between their ideas and concepts into a Design Program, which will then translate into the final house plans. Once this has been established, the house plans are then handed over to the construction management team to provide a complete analysis and preliminary cost-breakdown. These design stages are where preliminary schematic sketches begin to illustrate the clients ideas and concepts and are then presented to our construction management team. There will never be any house plans that cannot be built within our client's budget. Our construction company has a reputation of handing our clients a check at the completion of every project for any monies not used during the construction.

General Contractor - Construction Management
As a licensed General Contractor, we coordinate between the Owner and sub-contractors to develop a project schedule and provide accurate estimates integrating the house plans to help the owner establish his/her budget for the overall construction and development. One we have established a working budget, we develop a schedule that everyone understands and agrees upon. We then combine all of the information relating to this particular project and provide the Owner with a detailed "Project Binder" that will have every item that has been specified, as well as all of the items the Owner has selected. Each item and quantity will be identified and labeled accordingly so there will not be any mistakes or confusion during construction.
We also employ the use of a "Fund Control" company that will service and monitor all of the money aspects of the construction. They facilitate all of the checks, the project accounting, and handle all of the lien releases in accordance with our construction contract.
